Beverage Snack Machine was beyond my expectation. I had gotten at least 10 times less value of Beverage Snack Machine.

How would I go about working out? Like, what exercises, diet, etc.?
I am a 16 year old boy. I am extremely thin; I am about 5′ 6.5” high, but only 105-110 lbs (I can’t remember from last time I checked, and I don’t have a scale to use at my house.). I have a 27-28 inch waist.I have been thinking about trying to gain weight and get a six pack and pecs. The summer is beginning soon, and I would like to start working out now.I don’t exactly have the freedom to create a concrete workout schedule, but I could still use a suggestion like: do a workout consisting of “this”"This many times a week.” and another consisting of “this”"This many times a week.”So I have a bench with weights and bars, I also have this big machine with the clip to select how much weight and a bar to push like a bench press, except sitting up (I can’t use any of the other attachments due to spacial issues.). Both benches have Beverage Snack Machine an available leg exercise thingy sitting at the base, where you can lift weights with legs. And I have the ability to use the pull down bar that works muscles like you’re doing pull ups…I think, I’m really not sure which muscles it works. The information I’m looking for is the following:-What exercises should I do, and how often?-What should I do for diet (not specifics, but how much grain, fruit, protein, etc. a general breakfast, lunch, and dinner should include.)?-What are some healthier energy snacks and deserts I could eat instead of chips and ice cream.-What protein drinks and bars are the best, and when should I drink/eat them?-I also do long distance running, and begin XC conditioning soon, as well as swim practice. What energy/hydration beverages are the best? I want to limit added sugars, and get my sugars from fruits and anything else without much added sugar. Should I stick with water, or would avoiding sugar be a bad idea if I’m running up to two hour practices?-I have a fairly fast metabolism, so gaining weight may be pretty hard, is this something I’ll have to deal with, or is there a reasonable way to slow my metabolism down?-Any other information that you think will be useful, please.-Also, if someone who knows a lot about working out, dieting, etc., if you could email and keep tabs on me progress wise for the first two to three months, that would be really cool. I just think it would be helpful to alter my plan to find something that works well.-Keep in mind, I don’t have the money to get a trainer, gym membership, nutritionist, or anything like that. Nor would my parents be willing to pay for any of those.I know that was a lot of stuff to read, but thanks for any help. If you can’t help with everything, but have a little bit of advice, that would be helpful.
