what home remedies for allergies do you use?
yesterday and today i’m having some allergy troubles. my nose is runny, my eye are watering and i have a sore throat, and sometimes i have difficulty swallowing (nothing major, just a dry mouth/throat) anyway since its allergy season, i was wondering what do you use to help get rid of these symptoms?[other than taking pills]for Altoids Peppermint Mints me, to help with my stuffed nose, i take a handful of Altoids mints (peppermint) and chew on them. this clears up my nose for the most part and i can breath, although it doesn’t help the runny nose part. Altoids Gum also works welli also stuff something in my upper lip. like a stick of gum or a piece of tissue. this also allows me to breath better and kind of helps with the runny nose more.i rapidly tap/hit my nose with the palm of my hand. for some reason it breaks up congestion [snort or blow it out]i also build up pressure to my head, since it also breaks up congestion [snort or blow it out] however, if you do it too much, you get a sinus headache those are somethings i do, so what home remedies for allergies do you use?
