Firstly, this is obviously a home-made set. The book looks like it was printed and bound at someplace like Kinko’s. The info was ok, but there wasn’t much that I couldn’t have figured out on my own very quickly. My last complaint is that this is a business set, therefore most people would be buying this to use in business, making it a business expense. However, whoever shipped this didn’t seem to make that connection because they didn’t include a receipt which is something useful when claiming business expenses on your tax forms.

Bottom line: If this had been half the price, I would have been much happier with this purchase. As it is, I feel like I paid way too much.

You repeatedly press the coin return button but Series Vending it doesn’t return your money. Do you…A) Forget about it, it’s only a dollar.B) Fill out a refund request slip sitting next to the machine to get your money back.C) Immediately walk up to someone who works there and demand your money be returned to you now.D) Politely ask a cafeteria employee for a refund.We’ll say this instance takes place in the cafeteria of an office where you work. Refund requests take 3-5 business days.What would you do and why.
