This must have book for Maltese owners provides great insights into the health and grooming of these wonderful animals. This text written from a dog’s perspective was easy to read, humorous and most importantly insightful. The suggestion on feeding, grooming and the effects on their systems was fantastic. Most importantly the information about how vet practices including vaccinations are life saving. Our small Maltese was “overdosed” by a vet who did not check the blood of the animal to see if the shot was needed and we almost lost our precious pup. We use this book weekly and believe it will be of great benefit to anyone who reads it.
