How much weight can I lose before summer?
I’m a 16 year old girl. My last day of school is in two months, so I figured that would be good motivation to lose a few pounds. If for the next two months I ate and exercised as follows, how much weight do you think I could lose?Breakfast (just one of the following):-Great Grains cereal-oatmeal-bagel with Popcorn Portion Packs cream cheese and fruit+orange juice with all of themSnack (just one of the following):-Oats & Honey granola bar-100 calorie pack popcorn-Wheat Thins-fruitLunch:-turkey sandwich with tomato and mayo-baked chips-milk-fruit-vegetableSimilar snack to the first oneDinner:whatever my mom makes (lasagna, chicken, etc.) but in proper portionsAnother snackI go on the treadmill, exercise bike, or elliptical for about 30 minutes two days a week in gym class. At home, I try to go on the treadmill for about 30 minutes at 3 mph 2-3 days a week.So, what do you think? Any other suggestions? Thanks!
