I bought this book along with the book “Chinese Dim Sum.” I thought I would return this one if the recipes repeat. I was pleased to find out the recipes only repeat 5% of the time. The rest are unique and I look forward to trying them all. The directions are simple and direct. The folding techniques are vague but not too crazy. There are lots of pictures so you can see what you should have. This is definitely one cookbook I will be using often.

Does anyone know of a business or individual looking to purchase a vending machine ?
I have (2) snack/soda combo machines Snack Combo Machine that include bill changers that i desparately need to get rid of. I am in the Houston area. We are relocating and there is no room on the moving truck for them. If anybody has any suggestions on how i can get rid of them, Please let me know !
