What a wonderful book! Judy speaks from the heart and this is a very good insight into her life and entertainment career. I had the opportunity to email her and she responded and told me she is currently working on another novel. I told her how much I enjoyed watching her on “Keeping Up Appearances” and she gives some great behind the scenes scoop in this book. Judy is a jewel and you will love reading about her and her many adventures.
How much more should i eat today?!?
im trying new diet strategies to find what works best for me..ive tried the 6 small meals a day thing and it kinda works..so now im trying “eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a princess and dinner like a pauper” diet strategy too see how that works. im trying Large Jelly Belly to maintain my weight/tone and lose ONLY belly fatfor breakfast i had: 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/4 cup frozen bluberries, 1 serving size chocolate whey protein powder and cinnamon mixed together. i also had 2 teaspoon of peanut butter and 1 tsp of sugar free strawberrry home made jelly on wheat bread. so this meal was around 600calories..for lunch i had a large unsalted pretzel..im guessing any where from 200-300 cals most ( i know not the greateast choice!)small snack: applenow for dinner i need to eat light..what should i have? how many calories? ill work out for at least a half hour.
