How much bran should I add to this recipe?
I would like to add bran to this recipe of banana bread: Ingredients1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour3/4 cup white sugar1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon2 egg whites1 cup banana, Cinnamon Toothpicks mashed1/4 cup applesauceDirections1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8×4 inch loaf pan. 2.In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Add egg whites, bananas and applesauce; stir just until combined.
