I just bought Dove Clinical Protection Visibly Smooth in wild rose and all the instructions Dove Smooth say are to twist it two times for each arm, but nothing about getting it up to the top when you first use it. I’ve twisted it both ways many times and nothing happens, it just stays in the exact same place. Is it defective? Or is there just some trick to it?
